Mainlobe Deceptive Jammer Suppression Based on Quadratic Phase Coding in FDA-MIMO Radar

In this paper, the problem of mainlobe deceptive jammer suppression is solved with frequency diversity array-multiple-input multiple-output (FDA-MIMO) radar system. At modeling stage, based on FDA-MIMO radar, a quadratic phase code (QPC) applied along slow time dimension in transmit array. receiver, after decoding and principal range compensation, true false targets that are generated an identical angle, can be discriminated joint transmit-receive-Doppler domain. Particularly, equivalently moved from to sidelobes spatial Then, by performing data-dependent three-dimensional beamforming, suppressed owing Doppler mismatches. Moreover, moving jammers nulls domain, capability terms maximum number suppressible strengthened appropriate coding coefficient increment. Numerical results certify QPC-FDA-MIMO radar.
